Bail Application & FIR Quash Case Merger

Hi Someone has put wrong fir against me and my parents under 420, 406 and 120b He gave me some money to invest in stock market, I had losses, I gave him half money and half money not because of losses, he has written same thing in fir too We applied in session court for anticipatory bail but it was rejected even my parents age is above 60 and its covid Now we have one fir quash and stay case running in high court whose first hearing, court ask for case diary and gave next date on 17th Anticipatory bail application of my parents was heard yesterday and their too court asks for case diary and havent given any interim relief also My anticipatory bail application date is still to come for high court Is it wise to merge fir quash case and anticipatory bail all in one case under one bench and get it heard on 17th or should it be kept different ? In sexond case, my parents anticipayory bail hearing is on 27th and we have no protection till that date

then you can get anticipatory bail England T20 shift values and you need to get from the court order of baby during the present before this Court has been putting conditions first you get and then we can contest the financial matter whatever how the problem with them
