Aunt committed suicide in our house,husband living abroad, blame on us

We are hindu joint family we stayed with my uncle he is working on abroad so his wife and 2 yr girl stayed with us because of her family loan problem she fight with us me my mom, brother and my aunty and commit sucide and we get her to hospital after 2 days she died at hospital but her family blaming us RDO report is still process
Dont worry about the RDO enquiry. Did your Aunt leave any suicide note blaming anyone for her suicide? How did she commit suicide? Who is blaming you for the suicide? Why are they blaming you? I have to know the answers to all these questions to give you a clear legal advice. Anyway, unless you are directly responsible for her death you cannot be blamed. You can tell the RDO what happened exactly. Better you engage a Lawyer so that he can talk to the RDO and see what is the actual position. Tel the real facts before RDO and police and if you are apprehended arrest by hands of police you should obtain anticipatory bail before concerned district court or high court by citing the crime number registered against you but you are pressurised unlawfully by police means you should obtain direction not to harass you under section 482 of crpc Before concerned high court
