Audio recording of verbal abuse on cast

On 15/04/2025 I heard one woman's telephonic conversation nearby who always use false language about my family.That day she was using bad language about certain cast people,verbal abuse about OBC cast.I have found that conversation very bad so done audio recording of it.Is that recording is of legal importance to give that woman punishment by law ?What should I do ?

Well, you can certainly create some legal complications for her, but cannot get her convicted under the SC-ST Act Case, as after the long run, pursuing this case, she may get scot free, if we will not be able to build water tight case against her.
