Attrocity case plus rape on widow belongs to mentally retard sc widow

Victim belongs to SC St caste and mentally retarded widow. accused had raped victim last year and now he is under police custody from past 9 months. 3 lakhs compensation was provided to victim and another 1.25L rs will be released post conviction of accused.nNow accused parents is reaching to victim and saying to compromise with 3 lakh rupees.nMy doubt is it ok to compromise with the accused family after recieving 3L if yes what would be the procedure?

Dear Sir, In case of victim being mentally retired person the compromise has to be made by her next friend that is legal guardian like mother or father. It being a rape case on a mentally retireded widow Court may not accept such compromise however during the course of evidence the witnesses may turn hostile which may facilitate the Accused to get acquittal judgment.
