Attacked by neighbours with big pieces of bricks!!

Sir/Mam...we were attacked by our neighbours with big pieces of bricks and even my Grandma was also there who is of 90+ years!! They attacked on more than 3 houses for no reasons!! It's all started with property issues and all but now they are trying to kill!! and it's happening in a village name Malipur located in Hasanpur Road..!! The police are also not doing anything!! what should be the legal process??
aapki fir agar police station me nhi likhi ja rahi h to aap court k dwara under section 156(3) crpc ki applications court me do court k aadesh dwara aapka mukadma darj ho jayega kya aapne injured person ka medical karata h usko bhi lagayo
