Attacked by husband cousins in my home how to punish them

My husband's cousins came to my home and attacked us. We lives in one home. 2 uncles and we. my husband's health was ill. And my 10 years old daughter also afraid by them so what should I have to do for punish them?
You can file a police complaint against them. When next time they will start troubling you. Call 100 for police help. Even you can file partition suit for partition of house and other joint family property.

You need to file a complaint invoking sections of the Indian Penal Code. It's better to file it in court itself after getting it drafted from an advocate. If you file it before the court directly, the Police would not have any opportunity to take sides. Also there are almost no chance of bribery to the police.
