Assaulted by group of people, injured one in self defence

I was assaulted by 8- 9 ppl, they were gathering to beat me with rods bats rolls etc,nnAs I seen them arriving towards me, I took a pipe nearby, and hit on first nearby assaulter who was trying to raise his hands to beat me with his rodnnAfter 3-4 defencise acts someone came from behind and locked me, then they all droppedme on grouund and punching my face, head, ribs , also scratchbin my face with nails, biting me etc, one of then was hitting my knee with a bat or may be a rod contnsly
You should immediately go to the Police Station and lodge a FIR on immediate basis under the section of Attempt to Murder. If you have any oral witnesses, take them with you. If any CC TV was at that place, then tell, Police to take such recordings and start investigation by lodging a FIR.
