Assault from next door neighbor,

My parents and I have been assaulted and threatened with dire consequences by my next door neighbor ,including her brother.
As they are local people from the area as this apartment has been promoted on their land , and I am a buyer of one flat .They want to evict us from my flat by creating daily trouble.How can i install a CCTV for my safety when they are assaulting my parents and myself and not letting us install CCTV by saying this is common area.How can i install CCTV in front of my door ,please suggest legal help.
First of all you have to take protection under section 144(2) CR.P.C. AND if the executive magistrate shall order to install the CCTV then you can install the CCTV in front of your door. At the time of installation the police protection is also require for which before installing it discuss with the local police station with the said order.
