Asking for Sex/Friends with Benifits/to Ex-Girlfriend.

I asked my ex-girlfriend indirectly through Friends with Benefits(FWB), Half Serious relation, for sex. She first denied indirectly, and I asked to try, then she denied directly saying "I am not up for any sex. Stop the fuck up.". I said "Ok, and apologized 4 times". The gave a thumbs up on my statement "I realized my mistake, and I am not doing that again". Is doing this is a crime? I am in danger of getting arrested? She recently (3-4months ago) got ditched by her recent boyfriend, and I did.

Case can be filed based on the type of abuse you are going through. Consult a lawyer, after hearing all the facts, circumstances and evidences, he will guide you further. Technically there are no particular laws in India which favour or talk about abuse against men. However, you can make a police complaint or file a case in court if the abuse is physical and you have proofs for that.
