As girl pregnant in relationship & boy getting married to another girl

I was in a relationship for 11 years. Now the boy has moved on and is getting married to another girl. I am in the initial period of pregnancy. Is there any solution?

You should file a complaint against him under Section 190 CrPc / section 200 CrPC as he committed to marriage, due to which you got pregnant, and now he is going to marry someone else. In some cases, a 420 case against a boyfriend if the girlfriend is pregnant can be considered if there was an element of cheating involved in the relationship.

11 years is too long, and clearly, you have been cheated and exploited by false promises. The guy never had the intention of having a future with you. You can file a case for cheating and rape on the false promise of marriage, as well as inducement to have a physical relationship. If your girlfriend got pregnant by another man, the legal consequences could vary, but in your case, since he is the father, you may proceed legally against him.
