As a complainant, am I legally permitted to ask/request my IO to share the accused's CDR with me? It will help me get some evidences. Need to know his location when he made certain calls to me. The IO told me he is dating 4-5 girls. If even 1 girl has been falsely promised marriage like me, can she become a witness in my case?

no requesting the IO will not bear any fruit on your part cuz the io is authorized to share any details of the investigation with you and he has to submit all those details with the charge sheet before the court. you can obtain the copy of the charge sheet from the court. thanks & regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.

you can use all the promises he made to you as an evidence itself. getting other people ro comw down to testify is challwnging in itself. use whatyou have as others might just flip. any help regarding the said matter contact s s law offices. search google
