hello sir/maim ...this issue is related to panchayt election where in election PITHASIN ADHIKARI file case against 50 unkniwn people who destroy and LOOT the vote box (ballot box) and all file etc in which police arrest 5 innocent people who is not involve in this case.... and send them jail in many section such as..ilc 395,397,353 34, 147, and many charges... NOW WHAT TO DO IN SUCH TYPE OF CASE...IF ANY LAWYER IS EXPERT IN SUCH CASE PLS HELP... A BOY AGE 20 YR ALSO ARRESTED WHO IS BRILLIANT student...i want to remove his name from this case ...if any lawyer pls help ...thanks
