IO is not presenting my brother's case in Rampur session court so we are unable to get bail for him. On 13th November, the judge was absent so my brother couldn't get bail and got next hearing date on 23 November. On 23 November, IO did not appear in court on some excuse so again we got a new date 2nd December
My brother was arrested on 5th November
I was not presenting your case in Rampur session course you are not able to get bail for that can decide you case in district otherwise you have to file in High Court then only will get the bail thanks and regard
