Are there no laws to support men if he is facing violence?

My wife is physically and mentally harassing me, I need help, are there no laws to protect men?

dear client as per your query since you are facing problems with your wife you can file for mental cruelty You can also file for divorce if facing so many problems here are ways out for you as you have any options...

You can file a matrimonial suit for Judicial separation or divorce. Besides that, if you are referring to”hurt”, as physical harassment, then you can register a criminal case against your wife. Moreover, regarding mental harassment, being committed by wife, you could not register any criminal case against your wife, since there is no law in this regard in our country(India). You can make physical and mental harassment as grounds for getting judicial separation or divorce from your wife.
