Are call recordings valid in court in 498 case

My wife filed a 498 and 507 323 like this against my family and on me. But i have the audio evidence how she and her family member planning to trap us in dowry case. I got those audio which was automatically recorded in her mobile through auto call software. those audio transfer by whatsapp. And now that all audio with me. is that allowed in court. and can court take necessary action against them.

Look, as per Arnes Kumar's Case, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has given specific directions that prior to arrest, Notice U/s. 41A is necessary.
Now if your wife files a case, the police will issue a Notice U/s. 41A to appear before it.
In between, you can also file Anticipatory Bail after registration of case against you.
When you appear before the Police for the purpose of Investigation, you can hand over the Audio Recordings to the police for investigation.
Then that will be taken as evidence.

Yes, such call recordings in phone are admissible in evidence, though subject to certain conditions. There are few recent Supreme Court rulings on this issue. Court can definitely be persuaded to drop such false cases against you.
