U send a representation to the concerned SP and senior officials about the documents which are missing and brief them about how u lost them and where u lost them. Have u registered a complaint earlier about the missing documents?.U after submitting the representation file a petition in High court for seeking impartial investigation and direction to the cyber crime for releasing ur account .Contact me .
