Applying for a passport in case of a criminal case already compromised

i had a case of act 323,341,34 ipc ...now the case is compromised....is there any problem in passport making
पासपोर्ट बनवाने में किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या नही आएगी। आप पासपोर्ट के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। राजीनामा होने के उपरांत आप उक्त मामले में दोषमुक्त माने जाओगे । पासपोर्ट कार्यालय जाए और आवेदन करें। धन्यवाद

There is no problem in applying for passport, if there is any query by passport department then provide them the certified copy of the judgement as well as provide a another certified copy to ur local police station.

Case has been decide as compromised by of of sides....you have not convicted so for....
It is not a ground to forbid the issuance of passport. Authorities can not deny to issue passport.
It authorities do not issue passport you can approach to court for issue direction for the same.
