Q: Will i liable for accident cause by driver

I have a tractor which insurance is expired. I gave it to my driver who does not posses heavy vehicle licence. He was drunk alongwith his two friend. One friend fell down from tractor. And he had several injuries head stomach knee elbow. And he died. While taking to hospital. So my question is whether m i liable for anything. Is there any section under which i m defaulter or culprit . ???

aapki responsibility banti h. kyoki jiske paas valid licence nai h ,aap usko tractor use karne ke liye nai de sakte h. esse aapki nagligancy saaf dikhti h. doosra aapka vahan b insured nai h . ye b aapki negligency hi h.

i had a case of act 323,341,34 ipc ...now the case is compromised....is there any problem in passport making
