Apply for Bail for 302 which got rejected on grounds of CrPC 107

Hi,
My cousin brother is in Jail since 3rd Sept 2018 for charges of 302 IPC. We have applied for bail in lower court and it got rejected on the ground that since the complainants has filed another GD in police that we are threatening them and police registered a case of CrPC 107 against us.
In this scenario what genuine option do we have for the bail?? Can bail appeal be filed if trial of the case starts?? What are our chances of bail in that scenario?
you can make an application before the honble high court u /s 439 crpc for the bail of the accd and the honourable Court after hearing both the parties and after perusal of case diary can grant bail which is discretionary power of both LD sessions judge and honourable high court
