You are wanted to answer the question that was section 321 cr.p.c.in 498a is case is withdrawal. This is the 498a is complaint case so complaints can withdraw that case no other person can not allowed to withdraw the case.

498 a ipc non bellbal case he इसमें कोर्ट यदि परमिशन देता है तो धारा321 crpc में तो केस वापस लेलिया जा सकता है डारेक्ट परवादि केस वापस नहीं ले सकता है यदि कोर्ट परमिशन अभियोजन को देता है तो केस कोर्ट की परमिसन से लिया जा सकता है
