Applicability of section 379 and 380 of IPC

During an altercation inside my house premises one of the three accused snatched my mobile phone and ran away. While running away he threw my mobile on road outside my home. His motive was to restrain me to call police. Later on some people of neighbourhood collected the battery and sim and cover along with instrument and handed it over to me. My question is whether 379/380 is applicable or not.

Yes , its does attract “theft” . The accused dishonestly took the possession of your phone(moveable property) out of your possession Without your consent.
