Apple denied the repair even though I have Apple care plan

My Iphone 15 pro max recently fell under bus and got damaged. I submitted it for repair under apple care plan but they denied it saying the damage is intentional. I want to know my options on this. They did not give me any chance to plead my case. its a one way traffic. Customers has to follow whatever they say. They can refuse to repair anything that cost them.
Accident means not intentional, no need explain the each and every acts which happened beyond your control you can file a consumer case against issuing the notice to them so proceed with legal action.

Dear Sir,
It is under law that nobody voluntarily damage his own instrument muchless iPhone. On that concept your case will be decided by the Consumer Court. Somebody must teach a lesson to the Multinational Companies. At your cost of time and finance you may file a consumer case and thus you may get compensation also.
