Appilcation for Bail from sc earlier cancelled by the highcourt for a

I was granted bail by highcourt for a false rape case i was charged with.ow my bail was cancelled bcz of a petition filed by her that my family is threatening her to withdraw the case. .is it possible to apply for bail from supreme court since they are having vacation bench as of now.

you can file second bail petition at high court no need to go supreme court. normally vacation courts will never grant bails. so you have to file the second bail petition at high court. no need to withdraw the case pending.
