Appeal to please close my case as I have no issue


19-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was a minor when the case was filed under the posco act in may 2016 and now it is October 2023….The FIR was filed by my mother! Currently I study abroad And plan to settle here… now after 7 years there is a trail at the district court for the same! I wish to not go further with the preceding as I don’t want any sort of distress to my parents and I want my Case to be closed without any further discussion and hearings ! It being a criminal case once the crime is registered the case is not proceeded as per the desire of the complainant. It is considered as crime against state. You do not have any resort than appearing before court when you receive witness summon and give your testimony. The proceeding can be quashed only by high court.

Well, yes, there lies a possibility, that, you can get this case closed for once and all. In order to so, I have to file an Application under the concerned Sections of the IPC, 1860, after which, on accepting of such application, your case will be closed.
