Appeal To High Court and Chance of winning it

12-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
There was half murder case 307 registered against my brothers and their sons for physical assault me. They have won the case in mayo hall criminal court because of lack of witnesses, 2 of those people have left the city who had signed as witnesses and one witness has been threatened. In spite of producing MLC documents they haven't considered it . My Wife is the fourth witness but her words aren't considered. They have managed to convince the court it was not an attack but I met with a road accident and have registered the wrong case against them. But My brother's have even attacked my tenants and have been involved in many fights in my locality I have all the CCTV proofs all I want is to go appeal in High court and Get an arrest warrant against them which is nonbailable telling these people are rowdies and would destroy evidence against them . I have few evidence of proving the verdict that was made is false in the lower court. All I want to know is can we win the case in highcourt

Dear Sir, In the High Court you must engage a brilliant advocate and if necessary to record further evidence the case may be get remanded back to trial Court. Convince the High Court that available evidence is sufficient to convict the Accused. Be in good books with public prosecutor and see that he is supplied with Court judgment to place before High Court.
