Due to jealousy ... people my name in the case that I hold the hands of the person and the main person attacked him with the weapon ... the judge convicted both for 5 yrs ... We had appeal at High Court n I want to free from it ... Pls let me know how ... get out of it..
details are missing which can be had after going through the file.it appears u hve filed appeal which u will have to fight it out inthe court. since u have a catching hold role ur conviction appears to be justified.
