Appeal for Anticipatory Bail Cancellation

22-Nov-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I lodged an FIR regarding assault, rape, false promise of marriage. My Investigation Officer didn't bother to initiate the investigation even after months of lodging the FIR and didn't even questioned or made an attempt to arrest the accused and his family.I have already submitted all the required evidence in a pendrive to my lawyer yet he didn't bring it forward to the Magistrate. As a result, the accused got anticipatory bail. I appeal for cancel the anticipatory bail in Session Court.

You consult your lawyer, as to why he did not deem fit to produce at that moment. in addition to it, all the documents submitted by and through pendrive has to be adduced in evidence and not at the stage of bail. however if you want to apply for cancellation of bail, please consult with all the documents and proofs so that we can look for the remedy available to you.

anticipatory bail is granted either by Sessions court or High court. so if it is granted by sessions court you have to appeal in high court. if it is granted by high court then yiu have to move to supreme court. i would suggest that if police is not taking any action kindly prefer a confrssion to magistrate and get the proceesings started. for further discussion please get in touch with S.
