Appeal delayed in SLSA, last year case appeal in this year

Last year complainant filed a complaint against a company and due to some reason it got denied by DLSA but complainant didn't know it could be appealed in SLSA, now can he appeal against that last year rejection??nnAlso can he file a new complain with same matter against same person which the DLSA denied??

Dear Sir, You can do both provided you have valid grounds. If you put valid grounds your new complaint may be received by DLSA which is better option. If it is rejected then you may directly go to SLSA by way of Appeal and an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act to condone the delay justifying grounds for delay.
