We have won case in lower case but in district court we lost case and we want appeal in high court

Yes you can challenge the judgement in the high court but need to know why it was lost the case in the District Court. The reasoning made by that court and other things. You need to forward documents for giving you the suggestion for further details you can call me

what is your case all about.
what was the judgement that was passed in the lower court .

first it will have to be checked if the limitation period has expired or is continuing.
following which the appeal or writ petition will lie in the higher court.

you can file second appeal before respective highcourt , there has been time limit frame by the law, if you make delay to filling particular case then it would hard to win the case , if you delay the case you could have file delay application , once delay has Condon then your original suit will raise so do it fast
