hello client as you are saying the matter is of 302 and no previoud criminal history is there . crime had been commited due to drunk condition if these are the conditions as you have told here are true then we can try to get the bail in early time . bail can be granted in this condition .

It’s a non bailable Offence..in non bailable offence bail is not the fundamental right of the accused ..bail is purely on the discretion of the court … there are no certain formula for bail .. it depends on circumstances n hoe good your advocate is ..b in touch
