Anticipatory bail from Punjab and Haryana high court

498A and 406 FIR has been registered against me in Gurgaon, I joined investigation signed 41a notice and came back to my work abroad Dec 12th, 2023. After 45 days wife submitted list of dowry items Applied for anticipatory bail in Gurgaon Session court which was dismissed saying dowry item to be recovered. And I did not. requested VC application to join the investigation. How can i apply for bail without coming to India as police is threating me that they will Issue LOC against me and a Warrant.

Greetings for the day, In this situation you have to apply for anticipatory bail before the Honb'le Punjab and Haryana High Court in order to get a protection from arrest. further, the high court will impose certain conditions while granting the bail which you will have to follow.
