If the court has directed the furnishing of a surety bond of ₹25,000 in the event of arrest, but the arrest has not occurred, the bond may still need to be furnished as per the court’s conditions. Typically, courts require the surety bond to ensure compliance with legal proceedings, such as bail conditions. If the order explicitly states that the bond is conditional upon arrest, then it may not be required unless an arrest takes place. However, it’s advisable to review the exact wording of the order or seek legal clarification.

No but at the tike when the chargesheet is filed in court then you have to apply for regular bail and at that time you have file a surety before the lower court and proceed with the matter that is what the procedure is all about and you have to comply accordingly

i assume this condition is in the anticipatory bail order passed by the sessions judge. This means that you are not required to execute any surety bond till when the police arrests you. In case police still feels that your arrest is necessary, then you may get the surety compliance done in the police station itself. However, if the police files the Chargesheet, then you will be required to execute the surety bond of Rs. 25k when you first appear before the trial court. in case you require further assistance in your case, you can contact me directly.
