An IRS Officer in Lucknow is illegally using my IDs and signature for his shell companies. I made a complaint to CBI and they are refusing to take action. How can I approach the court against this IRS Officer.

File a complaint with police authorities, if they don't help you file a writ of mandamus in High court for registration of FIR at police station. CBI will not help you first you have to reach to your nearest police station if they don't register FIR then approach High Court. Feel free to contact for further consultation
