01-Jul-2024 (In Criminal Law)
A partnership firm had 3 partners. 1 of them expired. His wife claimed undue financial gains. When living partners who started a new firm to continue the old business rejected to her undue claims. The widow's sister said to her in the meeting (audible to all) that we'll file for mental harassment. Now 1 of the living partner is worried that the widow of the deceased partner may file false allegations of mental / physical harassment. What preventive steps can be taken ?
