an False FIR lodged against me how do I get relief from that

sir on 2018, feb 19, I went my home town for medical check up and I have computerized blood test report with date and place and also having doctor’s consult report .on 20 feb there was fight between two groups in my college ,one party deliberately put my name on complaint and police Filed an FIR, later they sent me police notice that shows I have been called for investigation to police station, and 147 and 323 of i.p.c is filed against me, I explained them I was not there(where crime happened) during that time and I submitted my proof of travel tickets and blood test report along With a letter, later both parties were compromised in police station (because two parties are filed FIR) so when I search the FIR status on their portal that showed *REFERRED(Further action dropped) and I went that police station and asked them to check my name in that FIR, they said still my name is exist , so is that means I cannot go to government jobs? And what should I do to remove my name from that FIR?
Section 323 IPC is compoundable offence. But section 147 is non-compoundable, the offence is in the nature of disturbing the society. Therefore try to finish the case as soon as possible. However mere FIR is not an impediment to apply for government jobs.

Can a FIR be dropped?
Once a FIR is filed, it cannot be withdrawn. The Police (Law Enforcement), who have the power to dispose of a complaint, can convert it into a charge sheet or issue a "B" report. A court can also dismiss it.
What is mean by action dropped in CSR status?
The police will not file a chargesheet and cancel the FIR if they have taken action. The police will submit to the court the reasons why the FIR should be cancelled and ask for permission from the court to do so. 30-Mar-2017
