An advocate used me physically,on the promise of marriage now refusing to marry me. He is threatening me " I am an Advocate you can't do anything of mine " . He even managed the police when I tried to lodge an FIR

Well, if he had promised you to marry and relying upon that promise, you have made physical relationship with him, then, after engaging with you by penetrating, if he has breached his promise to marry, then, you can file a Rape Case, but how much success you will get depends upon the evidence you will produce.
