Amazon India Charging Sellers More Fees than the Stated Policy

We are a seller on Amazon India. We send our products to their warehouse and Amazon India then ships these products through its shipping service. Amazon India has advertised and agreed on certain Charges/Prices to be charged for its shipping service (weight handling fees) depending on the products Dead Weight/Volumetric weight. However Amazon India is charging more than the agreed price by FALSELY claiming WRONG (higher) weight or packaging dimensions. What are our options to stop this FRAUD?

is better you had an advocate and file a complaint in the consumer court the district in which you reside the court will take appropriate action !and if Amazon is found guilty of the conduct the court will impose fine and also Grand compensation consumers
