Amazon Fraud By Customer ( i am the seller )

An Amazon seller posed as a customer and ordered a product from our amazon store and Returned it stating that is received a broken fan instead of the original product. we have video from packaging to pickup by courier and we have a video which is shared by the customer in that video we can see he tampered the packaging before opening
You can file a Criminal complaint before the Police against such person for Cheating, Cheating by Personation, Mischief.
And you can also file a civil suit for the compensation for the loss caused to your property by such person. And this Suit may be filled before District Consumer Forum.
