Amazon Fraud By Customer ( i am the seller )

An Amazon seller posed as a customer and ordered a product from our amazon store and Returned it stating that is received a broken fan instead of the original product. we have video from packaging to pickup by courier and we have a video which is shared by the customer in that video we can see he tampered the packaging before opening

You can file a Criminal complaint before the Police against such person for Cheating, Cheating by Personation, Mischief. And you can also file a civil suit for the compensation for the loss caused to your property by such person. And this Suit may be filled before District Consumer Forum.

you should approach the local police station and file police complaint against that person 4 cheating and forgery along along with that complaint you have to annex video which was made by the staff of your team
