Q: Amazon Fraud By Customer ( i am the seller )

An Amazon seller posed as a customer and ordered a product from our amazon store and Returned it stating that is received a broken fan instead of the original product. we have video from packaging to pickup by courier and we have a video which is shared by the customer in that video we can see he tampered the packaging before opening

You can file a Criminal complaint before the Police against such person for Cheating, Cheating by Personation, Mischief. And you can also file a civil suit for the compensation for the loss caused to your property by such person. And this Suit may be filled before District Consumer Forum.

Q: How to file divorce in Delhi as marriage is registered in West Bengal

In dec 2017 i had arranged marriage, and same day we had marriage registration in West Bengal , but i live in Delhi. i dont have any copy of marriage registration certificate as she never allow me to check it. and always keep it in her locker.From the beginning of marriage she is forcing me to leave delhi and settle in West bengal which is not possible for me .now from last 7-8 month she is in her mother home and she is not ready to come to delhi.I want to file a divorce , please guide what are procedure and fees and how much time it will take for complete procedure.

If she also wants to obtain divorce and since you both are living separately for more than one year then you may obtain divorce by mutual consent which is a simple and speedy way. But if she's not ready to take divorce then you will have to contest the case and obtain the divorce on various grounds provided under law.
