Am I eligible for govt job while criminal case is pending against me

IPC 448,427,290,506 sections put on me. Now I'm going to get govt job. Due to this case, will government accept my recruit?

Normally there will be a police verification when you apply for a government job.
Better to file a quash petition under section 482 ofcr.p.c or file a discharge petition in court so that your employment chances are not scuttled

The offences which you had mentioned in the query are all about public nusence some of the government organisations wont accept its employes who were in criminal cases. Its better to copeup with the other party to you , to get placed in one of the govt organisations

Usually being considered for a govt job when a criminal case is pending is hard as you would be required to share with them about your pending criminal case. No govt department would like any criminally involved person in their department. If you think that you can hide the details with them, that would be unwise as they will thoroughly investigate about your background and if they find you criminally involved, they can disqualify you by terming you misfit for the job.
