yes you will be eligible for govt. job if you case gets dismissed or if you win then there will no case pending in court before you on your name but now if on inspection there will be your name then problem may occur for you....

dear it would depend the kind of job and the kind of offence that you have been implicated in. as a rule unless you are involved in a crime which involves moral turpitude or of some heinous nature you are not ordinarily barred from govt job.

first of all, most of those sections are bailable and secondly, if police has ommited your name from chargesheet and that particular chargesheet was produced by the police, to the court and judge came to know that there is no name of you, then congratulations, you are now eligible for the government job.
