Am acused sec 406,420,120b my first hearing after Summons sir is it necessary to apply bail, if it necessary, cash bail are p.r bail plz give suggition

You need to apply for PR bail, first query arises, under what circumstances such sections have been put upon you, FIR copy is needed to guide you properly and better. You will not get cash bail. The sections are grevious in nature, and you can bailed from court only

that's up to you. if you think that you want bail then apply for bail. bail is not necessary. it is optional. it all depends on you. but if you take bail you will get a lot of relief. you will get opportunity and time to prepare for legal battle. you might get good advice. there are other benefits too.
