Agreement with my boss and i want to terminate the employment

I've come to an agreement with my boss that I've to maintain physical relationship with him and in return he'll pay me 25 lakh monthly. That agreement was made by consensus on 100 rupees stamp but now after one month, i want to get out of that agreement. There is no exit clause mentioned in the agreement. What should i do?

Such agreements are not vaild under the Indian Contract Act and hence are not enforceable in the Court of Law. When you withdraw consent, the sexual relationship made therein is rape and cannot be shielded by any contract.

Whether that agreement was made by u due to any threat or coercion or u had also agreed to make that agreement. Secondly whether ur boss is exerting any pressure on u for maintaining any physical relationship against ur will . Whether u want any action to be taken. Plz contqct me for discussion.
