Agent of a multi state coperative society who cheated

I was a agent of a society but they cheated their customers and agent, off. closed, not giving refund. But hare investor are giving me tension and facing lot of harassment because they are giving complaint against me and making me party with co. and it's cmd who are actual accused bt i m also a victim & complaint and wt justice because i also cheated by society and loss my business and goodwill. as matter described by you, you was working in MLM company and its cmd fleet away with money of investors and now investors involves you in different case , for this first of all you have to show your position in company as ground worker only not as manager or other official, and you can also file complaint against cmd

As you are an agent/employee of the company, you are not liable to pay to the investors. As per the provisions of vicarious liability the employer is liable for all the work conducted by their employees during their work.
