State ke employee hain toh rules of 1999 ke thet law settled hai ki Criminal. aur service proceedings sath sath chal sakti hain... magar sawal ye hai ki aap bail par hain ki nahi ...chargheet dakhil hone pe quash Karna padega under section 482 in the high court... baki service matter me departmentental appeal ke baad hi high court aaya ja sakta hai... Adhik jankari ya petition filing ke liye chamber aayen
