Agar kisi case me kisi ki Jamanat le rakhi ho Aur vo person Farar Ho jata hai toh Jamanat lene wale pe kuch karwai hoti hai Kya Aur auske career per Kya prabhav padta hai

Court will summons you to bring the accused to the court and court will give u chance to contact accused n bring him. In case you are not able to bring accused to court then court will forfeiture the surety amount/items as Submited by you at the time of bail. This will not effect your career at all and the there will be no adverse effect on you.
