After Police FR and attending first date for which summon is issued.

I have filed an named FIR against a fraudulent transaction from my account. Now police has submitted the FR in the CJM court. Also I don't want to go against this any more and don't want any action on that. CJM court summons me to come to the court, I appeared there with the help of my lawyer and submitted my affidavit for no further proceeding on my FIR/ Case. But when I checked online, I found that there is one more date is reflecting for hearing on my case. Do, I need to visit court again or

If you have received summons from the CJM court on the date your matter is listed, it becomes indispensable for you to be present of that specified date. However, if no summon has been received your advocate will duly take care of the matter. if you do not wish to proceed with this matter in any furtherance, the best course or remedy available for u is to enter into a compromise settlement or mediation or even by arbitration if rhe fact of the case so permit.

when the police has submitted final report the court of the CJM against your FIR. when the police had submitted FIR before the CGM court and you have had also appeared with your lower and submitted your no objection on the affidavit before the court. please check whether this date is for order or for any other proceeding it is better to contact your liar with whom you had appeared in the case.
