After Physical relationship promise to marry ??

I am a girl, i had physical relationship with a guy on consent and later we discussed marriage. Can i put rape case on him. nnWhat happens when promise to marry happens later than physical relationship does it attract section 90 and can a MD doctor claim it?

okay I understand you r question so now you want to file a rape case againest your boy friend he used you phisicaly with your consenr and he cheted to mariey you he is not agree to marry you right. yes it is possible but legal points how to draft a complaint before police that is important so do you need any legal help contract me thank you
