no the matter is settled and the accused cannot be tried for the same offence twice for the same offence alleged against a person or number of persons. therefore no chance for filing a complaint before Mahila Ayog, because mahila ayog will ultimately decide the same allegations.

it totally depends on the order and just to update you that Mahila Aayog is not for the judicial process. if you wish you can file for a revision of the case and file the case again for its discrepancy.

Appeal or Revision in Higher Courts Your primary legal remedy is to challenge the judgment in a higher court. Depending on the nature of the case (civil or criminal), you may consider filing an appeal or a revision petition. Appellate courts have the power to re-examine evidence, rulings, and legal reasoning in the challenged judgment. Approaching the National Commission for Women (NCW) The NCW (often informally referred to as “Mahila Aayog”) is a statutory body established to protect and promote the interests of women in India. Generally, the NCW can look into matters where there is a prima facie case of harassment, discrimination, or violation of women’s rights. If you believe you have been wronged because of gender-based discrimination or improper treatment, you may file a complaint with the NCW. However, the NCW does not have the authority to modify or overturn a court’s judgment. Its role is more of a recommendatory and advisory body that can, in some situations, intervene or direct the matter to relevant authorities

If you believe that a court judgment contains false allegations against you, there are several legal avenues you can consider: Appeal the Judgment: You can challenge the court's decision by filing an appeal in a higher court. This process allows you to present your case again, highlighting any inaccuracies or false statements in the original judgment. Seek Legal Remedies for False Allegations: Under Section 209 of the Indian Penal Code, making false claims in court is punishable by up to two years of imprisonment and a fine. If you can demonstrate that false allegations were made against you with malicious intent, you may pursue legal action against the party responsible. Compensation for Vexatious Claims: Section 35A of the Code of Civil Procedure provides for compensation in cases of false or vexatious claims or defenses. If you can establish that the allegations were baseless and caused you harm, you may be entitled to compensation. Approach the National Commission for Women (NCW): While the NCW primarily addresses issues related to women's rights and grievances, it does not function as a judicial body and cannot provide final relief or adjudicate disputes. However, if the false allegations pertain to gender-related issues, the NCW can offer guidance and support

Going to the mahila aayog will not give you any fruitful result. It is more sensible to file an appeal against the judgment and highlight that the Court has wrongly relied on the false allegations in delivering the judgement.
