dear client as per your query since anticipatory bail is already applied in sessions court but hearing will be after 7 days so wait for a week if it is non- bailable case then the police may arrest you can consult me by paying online consultancy fees...

if you have complied with the 41A crpc notice then you won't be arrested. however it is better to get your bail. so get your bail after 7 days.

complying with 41a notice doesnt mean that you will be necessarily arrested. it is at discretion of the police and nature of offence. if the police didnt arrest you feel free to tale anticipatoru bail

after filling the anticipatory bail, you are immune from the date of filing to the date of hearing, just get the CRM number of your case, if police come then show them the number and they will not be able to arrest you
